This Privacy Policy explains how Vista Network (“Vista Network”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit vistanetwork.in or contact us through it. It follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as financial, health or biometric information) through this website. We do not ask for it here.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our web server receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. It is kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. WordPress sets functional cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

the Vista Network team members who handle your enquiry;
our website development and maintenance provider, which receives a copy of form submissions so it can make sure the forms work, and which supports the website on our behalf;
our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its database;
manufacturers and technology partners, only where your enquiry or project needs it (for example to prepare a quotation) and only the details they need;
government authorities, courts or regulators when the law requires it.

Our service providers may use your personal data only to provide their services to us.

7. Third-party services on this website

Google Fonts: the fonts on this website load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Google Maps: the map on our Contact page loads from Google.
WhatsApp: WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta.

8. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are delivered by email and stored in this website’s database. Some service providers, such as Google, may process data on servers outside India.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it to respond to you, to carry out any work you ask us to do, and to keep the business records the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

10. How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted (https) connection, access to form submissions is limited to authorised people, and the website software is kept up to date and backed up. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data.

11. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected, completed or updated;
have your personal data erased when it is no longer needed;

nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.
